About
WoonZai is a technophile and writer. Born in Singapore, his life revolves around the study of two main issues. The study of emerging web technologies and the pursuit of the Tao (or otherwise termed as The Way).
He is a strong proponent that web technologies will eventually take over the role of legacy software in businesses. He seeks to embrace the Tao, (a Chinese philosophical way of life) in his life. The Tao propose for one to cultivate three characteristic - Compassion, Restraint and to accept being unimportant.
Technology and the Internet brings power, independence and hope to people who are willing to work hard at their passion so that they can survive. The number of people who’s working at their passion are most likely to be entrepreneurs, although there will definitely be some employees who enjoyed their work lifestyle.
The goal of this blog is not to change the world, nor is it to advocate any particular school of thought on how things should be done. It is just a blog exploring different possibilities, and an attempt for WoonZai to make a side-income through the advertisements.
WoonZai does not make a commitment to update this blog frequently, and will update it whenever he likes to. You might want to subscribe to the RSS feed on the sidebar of this blog to track any updates on any new postings.
